The Final Move

Hi All

This is too all the very knowledgable people out there who know thier stuff.

I asked my lawyer to send us copies of our bank guarantees through email and they have done, it is in spanish of course, but at the bottom states  este aval tendra validez hasta 01/01/08 now i am assuming that says valid until january 08, i have read many times on here that bank guarantees don't expire so why would they put an expiry date on there.

can you just confirm for peace of mind that this guarantee still stands and that we are safe.

think abolex * co did something on bank guanratees (look through various threads , plus listen to marias webcast as I am sure she covers bank guarantees on that

If your document is a proper bank guarantee, then it can not expire before building completion.

Feel free to send it to us if you want a second opinion on what it says.
