Taxis in Aspe Costa Blanca

Hi All,

I have a 2 bed 1 bath apartment in Costa Azahar and would like to know the value. Does anyone have any experience of what the banks get for such properties after repossessing them or know of any good auction houses for this part of Spain? I am thinking of walking away from mine as it just does not add up as an investment and is just a huge hassle. As my mortgage is 150k though i am doubtful that i would get that back.
Any thoughts?

Besides walking away have you tried Fractual or fractional ownership?
Maybe advertise on the message boards asking for say 2 other investors at E80,000 each which would give you E160,000 to pay off the mortgage.
You would still have a holiday home and be rid of the mortgage problem'
Marinador  is unfortunately not going to fall into the category of property for investment purposes in the near future.
nb I would estimate a forced sale value to be in the region of 150,000Euros
