Restaurant for Christmas Day in Marbella?

Hi

We are hoping to complete our purchase next week and would be extremely grateful for any hints and tips you could give us from your experiences in purchasing, furnishing, lighting, utilities and anything else you think we would benefit from knowing.

We will be using our apartment for holidays and maybe for friends and colleagues to rent over the next 3 years before moving out permanently.

Any recommendations of workmen and shops would be helpful together with any on line sites you have found useful.

Hi Mico,
There's loads of info on the site already.  If you go to the bottom of the page and click on Show all Topics, you'll find quite a few furnishing threads, snagging threads and completion stories.  It will save us all duplicating the info again.
