Using a JetSki in Spain

On the subject of the swiss financial guarantee, of which some of you have, Antonio would also like it to be known that this financial guarantee has been authorised by the " Ministerio Judicial de españa" and therefore is legally authorised, in contrast to some information others have been giving.

Antonio would like you to know that it 's his dearest wish to handover your properties as soon as possible and that we can all be celebrating this together..

The message from amga2 must mean that we are managing to get through in one way or another....

What about if we try to push/leak some messages/mails to the press as well, we can blow down the chimney of the newpaper: "la-verdad"?

Any suggestions for a text that we could mail, does not have to be too long?

There appears to be conflicting views on the validity of the Swiss finance guarantees.
The previous writer states the guarantees are legal and valid yet when you visit the Spanish government website
 www.dgsfp.meh.es/sector/entidadesnoauthorizadas_in.asp it states that this company among others is not authorised to provide guarantees in Spain.

Who´s right???

Dear All,

I am in possession of the below document, which I believe was forwarded to me in error.  It is an internal email between the Commercial Departments of Grupo Trampolin dated 25/2/08.    The whole document relates to Swiss Financial bank guarantees.  I have had to type into translator which is posted below.  

Your views please as to me this reads as perfectly acceptable and I truely believe the Company are telling the truth! 


Because some clients or their lawyers are somewhat susceptible with respect to  Swiss Financial, I inform you that this entity is not authorized in Spain for the purpose of exercising as asecuradora company but as an entity acting as guarantor. 

ie:  this and any other entity can act as guarantor of its share capital in response.

Specifically the financial swiss is registered and to be registered you have to have a CIF No: 4422090C, and this bastandeada advocacy by the state ministry of justice with the No. 135/06, with a capital of $ 100.00000.00.

The entity exercises with an activity in bail in Spain. 

The bail is a form of endorsement / guarantee whereby the guarantor undertakes to indeminzar to asequrado for failure to comply with the legal obligations of the policyholder's contractual Guarantee, which always will be someone other than the guaranteed.

The Swiss Financial said they can offer coverage to those risks and provide our customers with the personalized attention, we are making available the most advanced berramientas, favoring, thus, an agile and efficient service.

Promoters and managers offer thus a value-added and differential.

*  They generate confidence in your project and your company 

*  Transmit security during the execution of the work 

*  Provide economic security

The guarantees / warranties suretyship also offers competitive advantages over other forms of guarantees.

Being fairly unfamiliar with the terms of law, it seems that this is good news.

It looks like the ministry of justice has given the swiss bank a permission to act for the Trampolin Hills project  by the permission number 135/06.

And by the way; Can you check the number of zeroes in your text below. 
OK its a big number, but the zeroes becomes more and more important the more of them you have...

Thanks Ogo for pointing that out, my eyes must have been dazzled by the zero's.  This is the correct amount in dollars that the Swiss Financial have to have before they can act as guarantors for any Company.

It appears that the Swiss Financial are very solvent and can only back a company if they have this amount of money in their account.  In laymans terms, if Grupo Trampolin go into receivership at any time, they are backed by the Swiss Financial Corporation to recover monies lost.  Therefore, we appear to be safe with the bank guarantees provided by Swiss Financial Corporation who are lodged with the State Ministry of Justice under No:  135/06 as they are solvent.

Hope this makes things clearer.

Lets start believing in Grupo Trampolin and give them the support they need in this very stressful time they are experiencing.

Going back to my point why then does this Spanish government website say in no uncertain terms this company is not authorised to offer guarantees in Spain?

Surely if it is all ok they would not appear on this list?

I´ve tried to look on the companies website www.swiss-financial.es but the web address keps saying server cannot connect. Maybe they have a new website??
