My Comunidad agreed to new quotas a while back and gave them to Suma, Benitachell. Unfortunately the Comunidad administrator didn't cancel the old quotas and so I am being billed for the past three years for the new quota even though already paid higher bills for previous years. I visited them and they agreed to sort it out if I sent evidence as to who I was. Been paying for 26 years but that's Spain for you. I have mailed prrof a few times and get no reply. Anyone else had problems with them?
