Justin, the link here works (same doc I have), but I'm still getting PM requests from readers of other threads (running a community) and I can't find where to access this info on the website. I don't mind, but just thought you should know it's not easy to find.

thanks for the p.m. Roberto. Apologies for forgetting my e-mail address. Its not uncommon for me to do this!!
Anyway found them. All 4 parts of the 'horizontal property act'
They are all down the right hand side of the thread once it is opened, or all on the home page.
Thanks anyway for trying to help.
Sorry Justin, hope you find yourself soon!!!!!

What would you like to see on Eye on Spain?
More of the sort of legal information provided by Maria de Castro.
Ban the childish cartoons.

lewjan62, these articles by Maria are great, but I was talking about a full English translation of the actual Horizontal Law (complete with legal jargon!) Justin, please try to keep up. You posted (in this thread) this link http://www.eyeonspain.com/spain-magazine/horizontal-laws.pdf but judging by the amount of PMs I'm receiving, it ain't that easy to find anywhere else on the website. It's obviously here somewhere, but I can't find it either (apart from this link)

I'm with Gail on this one, more good articles, like the one's from Maria, that help people, and less of the childish c**p, or at least keep it in another thread, for those who want this sort of thing.

It would be nice to have a "New Members" area.
They could post something in there to say hello to everyone
It should be strictly monitored to keep it purely for new members first post & established members saying "Welcome".
I have heard from new members that have contacted me privately, that they are too shy to join in the forum, but watch from the sidelines.
No disrespect to any of the existing members, but some of us can be very "forceful" and appear intimidating at times. I tmust be hard for someone who is less outgoing, to join in some of the very fast moving threads. (Can't keep up myself at times)!
Let's give the Newbies their own thread and maybe that will give them courage to join in the main forum.
What do you think Justin?

Like the others, I enjoy the legal advice and also items on Spanish propertry law (building regulations) I have been trying to find out data concering things like limits on floor - to - ceiling heights when developing an old property and regulations on drainage and electrical wiring. Seems to me that most people do just what they feel like and when they come to sell are told that the place is illegal. It's easy to find this information in the UK, but I cant seem to locate anything for spain whether in English or Spanish.

I would like to see a Members advice area whereby you can align members with advice, for example:
- Maria - Legal
- Libby - Taxation
- Rixxy - Healthcare
- Darren - PM charges
etc etc, this can be added to by Members who have particular knowledge or skills (electrical regulations, planning permission, Horizontal taxes etc). This would be useful to new and old members when trying to put together a portfolio of information, who to contact and centrally stored. Obviously people do not need to be experts in their field, just have helpful information at hand.
Would also be good to have recommendations of places to see / visit etc (restaurants) centrally stored for people visiting the mass of areas covered by this Forum, i.e i'm on a cruise this summer and dock in Malaga....what are the best restaurants, sites to see etc (i'm heading down to Puerto Banus as that's the only area I know well).
regards
Darren
