Hi All,
There have already been 5 letters printed in the local Press in spain in the last three weeks. Three this week in the Leader, Coastrider and Costa Blanca News from different people all asking for support in the SADM project to be completed and the plight of the purchasers. There will also be an article comming out shortly about the situation from one of the papers. I believe that the press can have a positive effect in letting the public know the position we are in and the Spanish purchasers might also read them.
Here is some of those printed

I write to you regarding the Administration of San Jose Inversiones and Herrada del Tollo and to let you know that not all purchasers have the return of their money as their aim. I am a purchaser at Santa Ana del Monte Golf and Country Club and I, like others, wish for the development to go ahead and to have my property.
I believe that the building of SADM and its facilities will enable me and others, to have our properties resulting in money going into the local economy, creating jobs when they are surely needed and providing improved local facilities for all.
I therefore, ask for you to please support the continuation of the development of SADM and do all that you can to help this to happen and ensure that it is known that there are purchasers who want to proceed with their purchase and have not given up.

Dear Editor,
Re: Letter from Anthony Malpass, May 26
We also have the dream that our house (Azucena) will be built by San José builders at Santa Ana del Monte Golf near Jumilla and have signed up with our solicitors to fight for us at a cost of 2,300 euros.
We first came out in 2005 and signed up for an off-plan house and put down a deposit to secure the price, once back home we had to take out a loan for the rest of the main deposit.
According to our paperwork our property should have been ready in May 2007. We even came out in September 2006 and were taken by our agents to choose and order our tiles for floor and bathroom and kitchen and then the furniture/white goods/kitchen and household items, on which we had to put a deposit.
Because of the delay, having sold our house, we sent out 20 boxes to be stored and then stayed with various family members living out of a suitcase, which became very stressful for us pensioners. So we informed our agents and moved out to Spain October 2007 and have been able to long-term rent whilst waiting.
On talking to others our main complaint is lack of honesty from any of the three agents involved, ie builders, agents and solicitors.
We are prepared to hang on for as long as possible for our dream, but if it fails we will have to take out a loan to buy something in this area where we have made some friends.
Obviously we do not want any comeback, so please withhold our names.

We are working to get best coverage and are being carefull with these dealings as we posted origionally about legal fees and quotes from Professor of law at Alicanti University this information was curtesy of the local press.
if you want to join then feel free to. We want the project to be completed in its fullest form not just buildings but also the infrastructure tha make a community. But if thats not the case we will want our deposits back. I would rather have my house next year than wait 2 years or more for my money back.
