Da Vinci's at the lakeside Shopping Centre on the Torrevieja road

We received a call from PW yesterday to notify us of our exciting and frightening completion date.  We have been told to expect completion in October.  We are Block 9 of the Penthouses and are right beside the proposed clubhouse site, so perhaps they want to properties closest to the clubhouse occupied first.

Has anyone else had this call, and has anyone seen any building work being carried out for the clubhouse?

I am visiting the area for 2 weeks starting this Sunday so hope to visit Alhama a couple of times and will take loads of photos for all to see.

We are in Block 16 , 1st floor and have heard nothing yet from PW, but Midge who is a neighbour of mine in the same block has had the call yesterday and was told completion would be end September !!

Quite a jump from the "1st quarter 09"  that I think most of us us were working towards. I am fully expecting the phone to ring today with a date for us !!!!

We were out 3 weeks ago and all was very well advanced - from other threads here it seem the Penthouse showflat/s will be open in the next few days - it would be great for your feedback on them and also as many details and pictures of the internals as you can get !!
