Hi all
Thought you might interested, I've just uploaded some photos of the proposed new town we are getting on the condado..
This model was in the new sales office with a poster saying Centro Commercial El Foro.

Sorry Margaret, by the time we had got to the Condado it was getting late and their was nobody about to ask.
The new sales office is "well posh"! My friend said the building would make a nice centre for shops and bars. I tend to agree maybe thats what they will turn it into when they finish using it as sales.

Hi, all,
I have got furthest walk (Jardines One).
I picked this Jardine to be far enough away from Foro for noise etc but close enough for an easy walk there and swagger back however that plan backfired !!.
However, I have been talking to a UK agent recently at a golf outing and they thought that there may be something "in the future" between Golf suites and Jardines one as those on golf suites will be further away again.
Has anyone heard anything similar ?.

Nope not heard a thing, I was told when I bought last November that all tat was left at the price I could afford was Jardin 13 with no pool view but I would have the Oasis behind me and a long walk to the shops.........but looks like 13 isn't so unlucky after all ........... Challenge on Ptan

When we bought, ( having never been to Polaris resort ) we choose garden one, because it was furthest from the town center ( quitest ) but within easy walking distance of Oasis and more importantly the vineyard. Now we have the town on our doorstep. Having been out to Mar Minor and La Torre a couple of times I think my initial fears of having an apartment too close to the town center were unfounded. If the other resorts are anything to go on Condado will be very quite. We have been out at Easter and July and the resorts are never busy, in fact La Torre was almost empty last July and still not what you'd call busy at easter. There seem to be concern, from some, on noise from the pools and play areas, but I don't think these will be an issue. Polaris say that at any one time there's only around 30% occupancy, so given the size of the individual gardens I can't see there being a queue for the pools. Now a queue at the only bar on site - that could be a different matter .

Hi danseex
Yes it is very nice, I quickly popped in to have a look at it last Monday when I was flying around the Condado. Funny enough my friend made a comment and said "this would make a nice place for bars and shops" so when they have finished using it as Sales they most probable turn it into a shopping area for that part of the Condado.
Mind you that looks a big water feature they are showing on El Foro

Hi Danseex - That's a very impressive looking building. Not your usual prefab sales office. It's interesting that the opening hours say, Monday to Sunday, don't I remember someone saying they wern't open on a Monday? or was that for something else?

Where abouts is this building - it looks very much like the building in the middle of the Jardin sports area, but If so I hadn't realised it was a sales area, didn't notice any other builing like this though.
