We heard from one of the staff in the sales office on site yesterday that the Foro in the new location should be completed by September next year.
However, when that is finished they will start building a smaller version of the Foro in it´s original location at the top`of Jardin 6. We pressed for absolute confirmation it would be built and he seemed adamant it would be. Guess time will tell....

I for one hope they have at least a "mini" Foro in its original place at the top of 6, couple of shops and a watering hole would be nice.
You never know what Polaris world is going to do next maybe that is part of the excitment of being the first Condados!

Just been up to site today and a sign has gone up in the position of the new Foro saying 'Town Centre Foro coming soon' and a picture of it.

Wouldn't you think they'd have had a more corporate approach if there's to be a small Foro on the old site? They must have been inundated by enquiries to which every Polaris customer service person has given a different vague response. The one we spoke to just after the news broke said that if the small supermarket at the gym was well used Polaris would be considering a permanent store, but thats not the same as being told there would be a short parade of shops on the old site. I wonder if this has got lost in translation like the drawers in the wardrobes!!

Like the comment on drawers in the wardrobes, we too was disappointed to see no drawers as in La Torre it is standard, I beleive they have cut back a lot on what is standard with the build on condado.
However you can get these fitted I believe DFS can do simular drawers to the same specification.

Hi
Does anyone know what time the new shop is open to in the evening in Jardine 6. Will need supplies when we fly over but not arriving until early evening????

The one on la torre shuts at 9.00pm and 2.30 i think on a sunday. Whether this applies to the one on condado im not sure. We had this problem the other week, we landed after 8pm. Try and find a lidl or mercadona in san javier (if thats where you are flying to) even if to just get the basics!!
