Hi Carol - Go ON - have another bash at charming the builders at the cafe/bar on Condado - we are all desperate to see some pics!! I hope you are as pleased with the whole set-up as I was/am? It really will be something once it is completed. Glad you are manging to keep in touch though. xx

Pleased to see you met some nice new friends and didn't take long for you to find decorator (does he know yet)
Enjoy your new tipple,  you'll be on full strength by the time I get there.
You'll be pleased to know it's freezing and grey in Manchester, but at least no rain today...Yet. Wrong.... I just looked out the window, off to get the washing in.

Did you get all the notes from people needed your assistance in cleaning, key holding etc?.
Alot of people were asking where your apartment was when we were there. And hopefully you got their details, unless all went missing (like our welcome to your new home card).
Is all OK upstairs - we put temporary covers up at the windows to protect from the sun,until we go back in October.
Glad you are settling in ok.

Hi Carol or should i say hello Butch (I'll be Sundance).
Just got in from a 4 hour meeting, and off out again in an hour, then gotta be up at 5am tomorrow to write a report, roll on Oct for a 5 day break of work ............. that's 'of' not 'off' as furnishing a place whilst on hols is work to me 
Ohhhh and Sangria watered down with Vodka is a very nice tipple ::))
Do you like the place then................. and more importantly will I ?

Hi Carol, glad to hear you are settled in. We had a skim past your new home on our way to snag ours- doesnt it all look great- and huge!! Hope you get the internet sorted- and who are these people saying you've given up before you've started? Hope you've put up posters. Its a big enough place for everyone who wants to set up a business by the look of it!! Just wish it was us. We flew home today from Spain and are missing it already.

HI Carol and family,
Your reputation and friendship was never in any doubt. We (as the forum) stood by you and stuck up for you when and if required. A warning to others maybe they should think twice about trying to muscle  in on Your patch.
Hope your settling in well and put those young spanish boys down you've got work to do.
