What is it about the No 8 in Condado? Jadine 8 in the Jardines was top of the pops on 
the forum & now its Los Naranjos Garden 8 which seems to be going the same way ! 
Why not jardine 12? its quite good and was the original show garden.
 But more seriously the best of luck to all those compleating on Los Naranjos in the next month or two including our friends Phil and Ann(PGM)
Will perhaps see some of you when we are out 25th Nov to 11th Dec.

Hi all Thinking about it, it doesn't really matter which part of the development we're now that were all in contact. I live Hale village but most of our friends are scattered around Liverpool. I'm sure all us forum condinians will make the effort to get together while there and we'll just have a sobering walk home at the end of an evening! Plus I don't drink much so I'll be driver for lifts! Tan

Flying out on 26th Oct to hopefully complete on 28th. We're in Los Naranjos Jardin 8. Conscious of issue like Habitation Certificate could prevent completion on time as I know Phil and Ann had a problem

Tan you are quite rite it doesn’t matter which part of condado we are on we are all friends and those we met last week were the proof of this, however its also nice to no something about those on the same garden as you.

Fingers crossed - should be completing on 0788 in Los Naranjos Jardin 8 on 28th Oct (another bunch of 8s!!!!). Anyone around that week to share the stress??. Haven't heard about hab. cert. being in place, so need to chase, but look like everything else is ok.Hopefully still 'shorts weather'.

Would like to meet up if anyone else from JArdin 8 is planning to be around week beginning 26th

go to the snagging office after completion-they will give you a voucher book

one of the vouchers entitles 2 players to play 1 round for free on a polaris course valid 3 months.this is worth 110 euros so don bin it.i know a few people interested in them.
also if you fill in the application form the office will supply you with a card entitling you to a 10% discount on site.this includes the bar on jardines

Hello neighbours, well same block anyway, hope all goes well with your completions, we should have completed 25^th September but yes you guest it no Habitation Licence so waiting for solicitor to complete with POA when its issued. With a bit of luck all the licences will be issue very soon so we can all start living the dream. Let us know how you go on.

I'm confused - is jardin 8 next to the Foro or at the other end? I've a feeling the numbering is opposite to the penthouses with highest numbers by the Foro.

I will probably confuse you even more now but I will try not to, sorry if I start by telling you something you already know.

The Jardin’s

As you come in the gate near to the new sales office and turn right at the roundabout which is just inside the gate, travel up that road and the first Jardin you come to on the right is Jardin 1, as you travel up the same road you pass Jardid 2,-3,-4 & 5 then you have the temporary supermarket, Bar and Tennis courts in the location the original Faro was going to be. Keep travelling up the road and you pass Jardin 7,-8.-9,-10,-11,-12 &13 also on your right. This is the end of the Jardin’s

New Faro

Keep going up the same road and you will come to the location of the new Faro on the right which is now going to be the private town centre for Jardin and Naranjos.

Los Naranjos Jardin’s

Keep going up the same road and you come to Los Naranjos Jardin 1 on your right and the start of the penthouses on your left (I am not sure which way the numbering of the penthouses goes). As you continue up this road you keep passing the penthouse blocks on your left and Naranjos Jardin 2,-3,-4,-5 & 6 on your right. Then is the land, which is now to be landscaped were the Agora town centre should have been. Keep going up the road with the penthouse blocks on your left and you pass Naranjos Jardin 7 & 8 on your right.

I gave up trying to work out how the numbering works a long time ago.

Yes Phil - you did add to my confusion! When we went last week we couldn't find our way in. I thought we weren't allowed in without PW or Parador rep so kept driving around the perimeter. Due to this your directions didn't make sense, But realising you were actually on the inner road then it did.

So the answer to my question is the numbering of the penthouses and the Naranjos jardines are opposite. Penthouse block 1 is on the far end of the driving range and block 16 is next to the Foro. Naranjos block 1 is next to the Foro and block 8 is down by the driving range. Can't follow why they did that.

Anyway perhaps now you can see why  i was confused. Helps now to know exactly where our friends are!

If you think that numbering is confusing, have you noticed how the door numbers go? People have said what number they live at, and I have looked at the plan, thinking they must be next door and they are about 10 -12 doors away, don't get that at all

Due to complete on Jardin 8 in Los Naranjos (0788) on 28th Oct, but have just found out from Halifax that we can't complete if we get our NIEs in the same week (due 27th). No idea why, but as solicitor has arranged all dates with PW, I clearly need to get to bottom of problem. Hope to see you all soon.
