Hi wiredout,
I will echo everyone's sentiments. Congratulations. I have just been told, (after I chased them) that I can complete between 20th Oct - 20th Nov. Unfortunately just booked my last 2 free days for Xmas. Got a week in Portugal with 39 others end of Sept if all goes well in my domestic life. So hopefully I can do POA, get beds and basic furniture/lights online at Murciafurniture/IKea or DFS. Have Carol (Angelbabe911) organise delivery of such. Then stay there over Xmas  Yipppeeeeeeeeeee.

Thanks Golfinjim. Just booked flights to look around for furniture ideas / the areaetc. Going 10 - 14 September , will let all know if I find anything of use.

Hi Jackie,
Unsure yet. Company I work for is disputing whether to give us Friday 2nd Jan off. Currently plan is for 23rd Dec - 30th Dec, though can extend this if company just give us that day.
