It has been brought to my knowledge that something is not quite right.
The current MD plus son & sales MD of 
Polaris world is the previous MD etc of Parador properties deceased. it feels that they took the commission and made cash back promises, then moved out of Parador and is it possible saw the writing on the wall , and moved on and continue to gain from the vulnerable wanting to live the dream.
