access to the penthouse showapartment

HI everyone
going over to murcia next week and  wil be on condodo to visit the penthouse show apartment,does anyone know if  there are directions showing the location of the show apartment on condodo or have you  to go to the new sales office first  and a salesperson takes you over there

We were out last week and visited Condado twice

First time we went to the Show room and explained that we were buying on Los Naranjos and wanted to view the show apartments. A Polaris rep drove round and we followed in our hire car to get past the security gates near to Jardin 5

Fortunately, we were then left to our own devices and had a good walk round (dont think we were supposed to). The show apartment in the Penthouses is just behind Jardin 5, in block 10 I think. 

When we went back a few days later, we didnt even report to the Show room and just drove straight in ourselves and wandered round again and there were a few other people doing the same, some accompanied by Polaris and others not

thanks for you reply regarding access to penthouse show apartment .On  your visit ( i see you are purchasing a penhouse) what did you think of the finished property IE size of  rooms , terrace  area , the layout .On some of the photos that have been posted
they did seem a bit small but I suppose photos can be a bit misleading and would just be intrested to know  the impression they left on you

Apologies for the confusion but we are buying an upstairs apartment on Los Naranjos, not a penthouse

We did however take a good look round the penthouse showhouse and also visited other Polaris sites - La Torre and Terrazas to compare the various styles of property

I have to say the views from the penthouses at Los Naranjos will be amazing. Not only of the golf course but you will be able to see for miles around the sorrounding area up to the mountains. This is certainly something that La Torre does not have.

As for the size of the rooms, the bedrooms are very much the same in them all - good area for a double bed or 2 singles and the integral wardrobe space is adequate. I have to say that the lounge/kitchen area in the penthouses is smaller than I would have guessed (although we never looked at any original plans) and I think you would need to open up the french doors on to the patio/balcony to give the room a bigger feel if you had guests staying with you.

I dont think you will be disappointed though when you get to see the overall package
