The jokes just get funnier.

A SARC member says "if you do not have a BG which is the case for 90% of purchasers". It is illegal not to issue BGs, so 90% of customers have been conned, yet the fools at SARC still sit open mouthed, and believe what the developer tells them, and wants others to do the same, despite admitting 90% have been conned.

I have no alteria motives to be on here all i want is my deposit back just like a lot of others. I hope that with impending settlement agreement where we vote on the agreement as a whole that we can place the friction between IWMH & IWMMB. behind us

SARC has members who want their money back as well as those who want their house and we have represented all of our members.  We can all together vote on an agreement that covers how some get their money back & others their houses and we are not in conflict as we vote for the whole settlement & at this stage do not have to identify which option we want.

Is it not nice to be able to all work together to get out of this mess

I  TRULY WANT A POSITIVE OUTCOME FOR ALL

Just rang them to cancell my car insurance because i have sold my car. And they Want  £76.00 cancellation fee

£ 30.00 admin fee and there is no way i can do anything about it. Who would of beleived a company like The Post Office can get away with a con like that. I now have the choice to continue Paying £22.50 per month untill the insurance is paid in full next June or a Cancellation FEE (con) £106.00 Its amazing what LARGE companies will do to get there GRUBBY LITTLE HANDS ON YOUR CASH. I guess there is another way to look at it I am paying for this years no claims bonus  hahahahaahahahah

Sólo sonó les a cancell mi seguro automovilístico porque he he vendido mi coche. Y desea £76.00 cuota de anulación

gastos de gestión de 30,00 £ y no hay forma que puedo hacer nada al respecto. Que sería de una empresa como la Oficina de correos puede salirse con a con esa beleived.
