Please would anyone be able to give a name and contact of name of anyone useful at PW completions office ??

I want to can find out what is happening with my completion, want to get to the bottom of when I can complete,  my mortage broker tells me no habitation certs untill end December and my solicitor says it will be all sorted by 17th November  !

I had  Silivia doing my completions and she was brilliant!  Always kept in touch even if she didn't have the news I wanted to hear sometimes.
