Yes Polaris do send out an e-mail confirming that the snagging work has been completed. We have now conducted many 2nd snagging visits and most of them have not been completed to our satisfaction. This then means further delays as the unfinished items have to be sent back to the snagging department and the work rescheduled. We are also finding in some cases that the builders cause more issues during the snagging process itself.
I would strongly advise everyone to make sure that they check the snagging work carefully once Polaris have stated that it is complete and do not assume that this is the case. If you are planning on having furniture deliverred then make sure that you have checked the property first before you arrange for the delivery and installation of items.
