Why dont others post

an assembly, meeting place, television program, etc., for the discussion of questions of public interest.I am really supprised by the amount of views on the forum threads and the lack of people that post on here. i can see that it seems to be the same old names all the time that seem to comment on a regular basis. i have started this thread to ask   the others that view the threads, why they do not post comments. Please be honest

Hopefully this thread can be open and honest and maybe we can gets views of others on why they do not post instead of the regulars telling us why. maybe then we can get a forum going for what it is meant for, HELPING EACH OTHER.

Dave R  I know you of old from another forum that I don't post on anymore .Perhaps people like to read information  to be informed but don't feel it is appropriate to comment on a situation in which they are not directly involved .Eh Dave what do you think !

just for info, i dont think you do know me from any old forums as i have never posted on any other forums. not quite sure what you was trying to get at about this !!!!! ???.

There is also not a lot of informing going on in this forum is there, that is why i asked the question.

Personally I think there are a number of reasons people don't post as often as they would like,

One, is that there is no real information forthcoming and only speculation,  and as we have seen in the past, much information has either been lost in the thread or open to misinterpretation.  I also believe people don't want to get embroiled in arguments about the information they have.

Experience and expertise in this instance will count for nothing as we will soon see.  The only time we will know what the right thing to do will be when it's all over and we can look back in hindsight and see who was right.

All I am concerned about is getting my deposit  back which looks very unlikely - but I wish everyone the best of luck in their battle

I thought this forum was about sharing experiences and posting any information that may be helpful to others, instead it is mostly about people with hidden agenda's, slagging people off at every opportunity, people who like to stir up trouble etc etc etc

Apart from a select few, i pity the small minded, spiteful people who's lives must be very sad when this is their only idea of fun!

So in view of all this, i will not be posting again on this forum

Steve, i do think experience and expertise will be usefull though, if only to understand the information presented and the possible outcomes.

I keep saying be carefull and get some legal advice/representation.........i stand by that, and much as you may not have seen much of, i do try and share info and advice.

The problem is when its getting into opinions, it gets a bit heated and a bit messy....................i am pretty consistent, i dont believe or agree with the organised efforts to persuade people to go in a certain way, or tell people there are things going to happen or that not many people want to get their money back.

Thats all fabrication in my opinion, i do tend to call a spade a spade...........thats me though..............just to emphasise what your saying though Swimmer.....you say all you want is your deposit back.......i keep saying i think thats the case that around 95% feel the same.  There are loads i come across with the same message.

There is a body of unsabstantiated fact and advice on here that says a very small number of people want this and that most people want a house, from the same builder, in the same location, with the same risks...i ask you how likely is that?............thats the crux of the problem i think....

I think without SARC this could be a forum for constructive comment. Like steve says people are in fighting because there is no real news to report as yet and people like SARC try to take advantage of that and spin rubbish set to disadvantage owners. The more they do that...the more the more vocal of us try to offer the opposite opinion and the poor people who just want information get stuck in the middle.

I have no real desire to post..as I agree we need to wait for official news from the court and lawyers. I feel that someone has to refute the outright lies that get told on here though by SARC. It genuinely worries me that people are being lied to...Although I believe like you that probably nobody listens I feel that I need to correct the manipulation and misleading FACTS

It is such a shame that you and a few others have to keep on with the silly remarks. You and the other know very well that SARC is a purchasers organisation and that it is trying to geyt a positive out come of purchasers.  No lies have been given but i am sure that you would prefer purchasers to not be aware of what is going on.

It is purely due to the contiuous and I am believe deliberate nasty behaviour that people feel that posting is unwise.

A forum should be able to host and respect all views and it is time that you and your group, rather than basing your identity on negative attacks on SARC actually tried to expalin why you are right. As of yet you have failed to do that and just go on and on throwing insults. You do not disgust me, I have no feeling for you at all and i still wish you well.

Tony time will tell who is right.  I hope you  and yor followers can handle the downer you will get when the truth is known .You are going to feel very very silly .Is your credit recognised as  "privillaged " and  "credit against the mass "  yet Tony  ? most now have this status , or have SJ/HdT told you there is no need ? You disgust me because you tell people things that are blantantly not true. Then when you are asked to prove it you disappear with some silly excuse about being busy with agenda for change business. You return and change the subject

ironically Tony I would suggest that you get a lawyer. After threatening enough people with lawsuits for defamation I do believe you will be receiving some legal papers yourself from companies that are less than happy with the recent comments you have made. Hope when you set up your little organisation and chairs etc you got some adequate insurance for liabilities!!!!!

If you are going to misquote and lie about people, its probably advisable to ensure that they are not legal professionals.

Ironically, after san jose have asked you to fire their bullets I bet they wont be seen for dust when you are taken to court yourself.

You should really have been a little wiser than to post such reckless comments on websites. Especially doing it on the back of the word of a company which have lied over and over again to many many people. but then you have been warned multiple times.

I think Tony got the reaction he wanted by saying the stuff he said.

Its probably best left to his organisation, all this information he puts on the website.  I see a lot of it as lies, and i dont have any problem saying that.

The reason is, unless the information can be proved or substantiated through his calls, letters and updates or postings.......its mis-information.  The re-financing he has stated will be completed in the next few weeks......that was a couple of weeks ago.......so lets say another 2 weeks then.......say.....1st December.

If the re-financing isnt in place by then i think even Chrissie will have to agree, it was a pack of lies.
