ELECTRIC PROBLEMS

Yes Andy is correct, there were a few residents who had their Electricity disconnected yesterday. They were your British Committee members and immediate past President only. No one else , just them. This is blatant victimization and intimidation because we refuse to adhere to his every whim and cowtow to his every demand.  

The Committee was set up originally in November, with Andy Wilde at the helm, to ensure that the Company does not retain control of the Entity and continue charging residents exhorbitant amounts for services not supplied, in a totally illegal and selective manner. Some of us have paid their demands and still had the services disconnected whilst others openly admit that they have not paid 1 cent. This being the case it is highly likely that the monthly amounts could increase to account for the shortfall.

In addition, residents need to bear in mind that this monthly charge is allegedly only for “common” urbanisation expenses eg: Street Lights?? Waste Bins?? Security?? etc NOT for personal use of water & electricity.

Obviously the Committee members involved in the current situation will be doing everything they can to resolve the current problem regardless of who it might upset. 

We would remind the Company that they have a legal obligation to supply both water & electricity to all residents until such time as they have Habitation Certificates and would suggest that in their current situation, both financially and re Trampolin Hills, they re-instate supplies sooner rather than later.

The victimisation and Intimidation is from the company and Antonio in particular, not frmm Andy Wilde.

Would it be worth making denuncias against the individuals at GT as you say, it is illegal to stop the provision of utilities prior to cert hab.

Rather than people do this individually, could we not do it at the same time which could be coordinated and have more impact?

Also, it was reported 3 weeks ago that cert hab's were being issued 2 weeks ago. Any news on this front?

stop bullying people you seem to do it to the ones  you think you can get away with it. you will meet your match one day. i am personally going to the cam bank in murcia to see the manager and then to the town hall in murcia it is about time the residents knew the truth.

James I dont see what part of this post is bulling I am making a statement that people need to be very careful with the supply of mains electric and should only be connected or disconnected by a professional please feel free to go to the cam bank what you have to understand is I have no gain doing what I have done with the CAM etc and when I recieve uninformed comments like yours it makes me wonder why I do try to help people why not call in to see me like you sugested in one of your previous posts then you may be able to make an informed decision instead of a one side judgement

Hi Andy ... You cannot say you have not been warned ... you have tried it on me and now you are trying it on everyone else! What stuns me is the fact that it has taken everyone so long to see that you have been used as a "Puppet" by your friends Antonio and Rafael. Take a step back mate and look around you ... look at just how many people these thieves are trying to cheat and start "bullying" the correct people. I KNOW YOU CAN ... REMEMBER! Maybe you and i should stop our feud and stand together against these crooks ... I reckon I have as much right as anyone else to be on the Committee since I own far more of Plot 82 than do Mr and Mrs Philips. Andy, take a look at the selective way in which these "Cowboys" are victimising your neighbours over Water and Electricity. A great number of these people are Pensioners come out to retire ... one day you will be their age and how would you feel then ... 3 people have contacted me who have heart conditions! For God's sake Andy ... let the "Empire Strike Back" and come over from the "Dark Side". COMMITEE, I also had ny electric supply cut off on Saturday. Perhaps I was a special case as the crooks know I am aiming to sue them!!!

You see the "3 thieves" have moved somebody else into my property at El Trampolin and I have no reason to be there unless for a specific purpose. I have read this forum for some time now and find you most irratating you jump from one forum to another making the statements which you dont back up with any evidence, I feel this forum would prosper without the vile comments that you make about certain individuals which I from personal experience know have helped many people in El Trampolin.

I know that alot of people have been helped by the individuals named in Andrew's witterings and am very dissapointed that these people have not spoken up in their defence I would not blame them  if they never speak to anyone on El Trampolin again.

I feel that the site is falling apart and this felling was shown in the state of the meeting the other day and would suggest that everyone puts aside their differences and open lines of communication and try to solve everything.

My final closing line is Mr Wilford most people have heard enough from you now and you would be doing us a great service if you would keep YOUR dealings with Trampolin between you and Trampolin and let us get on with our lives not playing out your DRAMAS on this forum

That's fine but sadly I don't think you represent the majority in this instance. OF COURSE I respect your opinion in the same way that I hope you accept mine. Every word I have said is true ... I am not sure how this can be backed up on "Eye on Spain" since the evidence is in Court documents. I wish you all well buy suggest you check the status of YOUR property with the Land Registry. Anyway, I am not going to argue and debate this point with you.

Hi Steve … I have read with interest your lengthy response and once I had worked my way around the “grammatical errors” it contained I feel I am now able to respond. I have NEVER hidden my identity on this forum and I am pleased to see that neither have you; however, I have been contacted by a great many individuals who FULLY SUPPORT  my comments … individuals who are concerned that to reveal themselves will bring about reprisals from Antonio and his crew along the lines of those experienced by the Committee. I guess the ratio would be 10:1 in SUPPORT of my claims! These individuals have contacted me either via the message board or telephone.

Right … to deal with the main “thrust” of your complaint … my comments about Andy. He knows full well that everything I have said is correct. He is aware of the “implied threats” he made towards me last year when it was discovered that Trampolin had sold my property twice. The only apparent response was when he somehow appeared to have been able to “clone” the identity of “GBM239” suggesting contacting with my lawyer and the threat of a “Denuncia” … interestingly enough my lawyer is unaware of this contact! I have attempted to reach Andy via a “private message” with no response. Clearly … and sadly … Andy KNOWS I am right and also knows the part he appears to have played in the “fraud”. I have known Andy for some years and indeed regarded him as a friend until he became complicit in my being defrauded out of +-€200K!

You talk about “hard evidence” … just what do you want to see? Is it the Contract I have with Trampolin … is it the Court judgement … is it the receipt for the monies paid … ask me and supply your email address and I will send them to you. The law in Spain is very clear and specific about the selling of the same property to more than one client and even more so in the taking of money for the same “unit”. That is a “Criminal” offence in Spain the same as it would be in the UK and for that reason “Criminal” proceedings in the form of a “Querrella” have been taken against Rafael and the company.

I repeat my assertion that Trampolin are all bar bust … they have Mortgages they cannot repay … FACT … embargos which they cannot pay … FACT … and owe vast sums of money to the Authorities and the Banks … ALSO FACT … hence the embargos on their Bank Account for TH. This is not me making an empty statement … these are facts in the public domain … open your eyes Steve! You really have missed the point I was making; I am suggesting that Antonio has “milked” the company dry of the funds it requires to survive and in that way is able to “team” up with “Andy & Co” using the fast sums of money he has accumulated to fund other projects. I had hoped that point was glaringly obvious but apparently not!

Slander … the SPOKEN WORD … in this case I suggest you mean LIBELLOUS; what I have said would ONLY constitute libel if it were untrue … the fact that is in fact TRUE and nobody who you appear to suggest has been damaged by my assertions has complained I suggest you are the one who is wrong!

You then make reference to my being a “Miss Marple” character … can I prefer to say “Columbo” … it matters not since in both instances the viewer has to stay till the end for the full story to unfold. So it is in this case unless of course your apparent friends at GT / TH / Trampolin Solera wish to either return my property or my money.

Again Andrew this "he say she say" rubbish even though I challenged you to come up with some hard facts with proof to back it you havent I find you quite boring my son could have made up that extract I was open minded to begin with but now have come to the conclusion that you are "full of crap" and as such will not waste my time communicating with a person of such low moral standards.
