Now that the Wealth Tax (form 214) has been abolished for locals and non-residents, I understand that non-res still need to submit Form 210 to cover off rental income.  Having looked at form 210, this appears to be only for ACTUAL rental income.  What about people that do not rent out? On form 214 there was a calculation for notional rent.  This does not seem to be catered for on form 210.  given any rental income for 2008 has to be paid by 30 June 2009 has anyone out there solved this issue for people who do not rent their property out?
