Key holders

Hi

We are out to complete on the 12th & 13th March. As we haven't much time whilst there, can anyone recommend reliable key holders that I can contact prior to our visit to see what services they offer, prices, etc.

We are on Los Naranjos Jardines.

We have recently asked Carol Milar to be our key holder. she came highly recomended.

her proffesionalism is extremly good . but very friendly & easy to approach. I would imagine that you will read many more recomendations for Carolonce everyone has returned home

I'm surpised we didn't see you, we have been there since the end of October. Anyway we are in N730 please come and say hello when you come over. Also we can probably give you some advice ref. furnishing.

I don't see why my last post was deleted, other people here have been recommending key holding services?

I was just wondering if anyone has had problems with being locked out?  It seems that once the door is closed you are unable to open it without a key.

We are in 702 and heading over on 15th April for a week to try and get some bits and bobs. We are all close together so hope to meet some of you sometime, if not Spring, then maybe during summer.

We are renting another apartment to stay in while we are there so we can get the feel of the place as our own place is not yet furnished.  Looking forward to our next visit.

You are correct the doors cannot be opened from the outside without a key, so make sure you don’t go out without one, also don’t leave a key in the lock on the inside when you go out, as you will not be able to get your key in the lock from the outside as the one in the lock on the inside will prevent this and then you will have a real problem.

we are off out there this afternoon, cant wait, although weather doesnt look that great, its just nice to go there

if anyone would like to know how to modify the door lock so that it can be opened from the outside let me know or alternatively

i will be out there on 13th march and can show you or do it for you.if there are many of you who are interested i need to know as i have to bring out a part with me.the part is cheap but not sure if i can get it in spain.

I would be very interested in this but unfortunately we are not there on 13th.  Do you have any more dates planned to visit?  Or if its pretty easy maybe my cack handed brother could do it with instructions!
