Are English channels available all day on the PW digital service?

We were going to ask a similar question. 

My dad got the polaris digi box fitted to our apartment when he was over last week and said they had some problems with the BBC channels. 

I remember reading that the BBC channels were only available after 6 at night - has anyone got an update on that?

BBC 1 Works from Mid Morning Mid Day and BBC from about 5pm its a know problem in this part opf Spain and is to do with the Angle of the Satellites or where we are it will not improve unless BBC put up another Satelite.

BBC 3 and 4 I think are only transmitted later

All the other channels ITV etc work all day.
