Hi,
Being in the same boat as everyone else regarding unanswered emails and generally poor communication from both PW and RPM I am also in favour of trying to get some answers from higher up the tree! I don't want to be hit with a huge backdated community fee bill so would prefer to start paying something sooner rather than later and if very few are paying their fees yet how are RPM paying their bills!
Any ideas?

The problem is, do you think PW would be interested now in our dealings with what should be "our" administrators? and who would we complain to higher up re RPM? I still haven't managed to find out anything about them as a company, so who is their leader? and where are they based? I agree that even if the amounts aren't correct at the moment, it's better for us to be paying something, because we are now into the 4th month of the year, so that 3 monthly payment seems to be drifting on to a 6 monthly payment?

For me it is a huge issue that we don't know anything about this company who are supposed to be running our community! It doesn't give me much faith in them from the outset. I think you are right about PW they would not be interested in something that they have passed on and would likely just refer us back to RPM. I am confident that it will all eventually straighten out but not sure what we do in the meantime. My other concern is that some owners may default on payments especially if they are faced with a large sum at once, does this mean we face higher fees next year to cover any shorfall?

The only thing I can say about non payers is that if RPM are on the ball, these people should be took to court straight away. It is law in Spain that these fees are paid, just like here with council rates, but unlike here, if they continue to not pay, they face having their property took off them.

Been a while since I contributed but I've been watching this and other threads with interest. I have not seen or heard of a bill yet but Alex did contact me late march with an email providing me with the cost and stating that "the payment will be every 3 months, but we do not have a date surely yet for the fee going forward, as soon as we get it , you will be properly informed" But, of course, nothing since.
Sergio presents a regular and informative update on the condadoservices.com website. I tend to keep up to date on a raft of specific CdA matters via this link nowadays,

Hereby we inform you that in the coming days will be sent the community owners fee.
The quotas represent the period January - March, 2009.
The mentioned quotas do not correspond to the exercise (fiscal year) 2008.
In this period the expenses are lower, because most of the services were not working.
The amount of the share owners of the community of owners in 2008 is:
Ground Floor: 29.67 euros/ month.
First Floor: 24.58 euros /month.
The date of payment of 2008 will be agreed in the Next Meeting.
Also we inform you that we keep working on the summon for the next owners meeting
As soon as we have a date, you will receive the official summon attached with the proposed alternative budgets provides by the companies.
Our commitment is to reduce considerably the quotas, around 25 %.
In order to update our database, please complete this attachment form.
We remind you that the fee is every 3 months.
The amount of the share owners of the community of owners Jardines de Alhama I Golf Resort: Jardín 2 is:
Ground Floor: 109.26 €/month 327.78 euros/month.

Phil I have just had mine which is even higher!!!, does this mean they are going to charge us the backdated 2008 fees below? I thought they were to be 25 EUR a month????

So why have the fees gone up so much? and why the 2008 fees by 4x?

Phil & Phil, I just can't understand how they can tell you one fee and then just pluck another out of thin air, it is very worrying.
Am i correct in saying the higher figure is for January 2009 onwards and then the lower figure is for any months prior to January 09 (ie 2008 year) ?? I was told this would be 25 EUR a month??

Thanks Phil, That amount being backdated is gonna kill some people, I'm all for paying fees however high they are but I just feel uneasy having an adminstrator who has an artistic licence with figures and is being run by a single person 2 days a week!
BTW Phil when are you out? we are out on Fri 8th-10th May, if your out then let me know.

We are out from 29 April to 10 May. I think the wife will be busy though, I will have to drop her off at one of the roundabouts to see if she can do any business if you now what I mean, I would do it but it would cost more than I would make to take me their lol.

Hi.
I have received a bill like most others,It's for J5 and around 100e a month with backdated of I think around 25e.
The major problem I have is that they ask for passport and bank details on the document they sent.
I certainly won't be doing that!
When I completed I signed a form with all these details sent by PW.That was for the community charges to be taken out of my account. PW must have given these people my details to contact me,so why not the bank details etc..
Has anyone else sent these details via an email??

I will not be sending these details back over an unsecured internet site, And to be honest I will not be handing in the form to them either at the moment, I like you provided this information to PW some time back so I think they are just sending the form out to all rather than look at who they have the information from already. That said I hope they have lost the original authorisation, as I would rather make them wait for a while before paying, I will of course be putting the money on one side to pay when I have to, but hopefully delay will provide some pressure.

Hi
We are in Jardin 5 and have received the email asking for our bank details. I was not keen to send the information by email so printed off the form and contacted RPM requesting a postal address to send the completed forms to. The have sent the following address

I have not yet sent the details have been waiting to see what the thoughts were on the forum. Has anyone paid any community charges yet?
