We will be visiting the taray offices next week sometime     does anyone have any questions they would like us to put forward/  as we are living only 20 minutes away it wont be any trouble to us ,

How thoughful of you............I have just one question at the moment. Is it possible to have the bathroom completed without the bidet? I'm thinking extra storage space!!

Also if you would be kind enough to wander around block 5 which I believe is now under way and report back. Any photos of the new style quads would also be appreciated.

We were wondering what the cost would be to have a solar panel fitted and if it would be possible to have this done before we move in in April 07.

I feel cheeky but i have another question if you dont mind. Ive been reading alot about these break-ins in new builds and shoddy window frames and locks. Could you ask Tarray what there security is like and what is in place to stop people breaking in so easily on the Hacianda site.

When we were out in November Taray had a security guard on the site when the site office was closed, I would imagine this would continue whilst they are still building on site - it may be worth asking the question when you are at the Taray offices as this could be a solution re security until the comittee is set up & the we could decide as a community whether we want to pay towards ongoing security.

The security guard will definitely be on site until construction has finished because he is protecting Taray's interests.

As regards employing a Spanish security guard, I would not trust one to stay awake long enough!

To be fair though, we arranged for entrance to our property a few weeks ago in order to measure up and the security guard did question us which was quite reassuring.

Could you ask them why they can't apply for the LFO yet when alot of people are advised not to complete without one.
