Just returned... things looking good!

We are new to the forum and have just returned from our first trip to our apartment.  Things are coming along nicely with the development and the Foro town center is getting there. 

We were really encouraged with the progress and can't wait to go back in July!

As I have mentioned, we are new to the forum.  Due to a mix up we have some outdoor furniture to sell and were wondering if there is an area of the website dedicated to allow property owners to sell such items?

Like you  we were on condado last week but only until until thursday

As far as I am aware there is no thread just for sale of unwanted items, though I think its an excelent idea.

When buying towels for our apartment I musy have gone into overload & now have far more than we need. Also have Ikea matress covers for single beds. The towels are in our apartment but the matress coves arestill here but can easily get them over to condado.

Do you want to start a new thread? or would you prefere me to do it.

I will wait to see if you have started one.

We too have returned from a 5 day break and are really pleased with the progress. Resort is now taking shape and many of the plants/trees are now starting to get established and its great to see more people around, using pools etc. Weather was fantastic.

Had a peak into the Foro and lots of work happening whilst we were there. Now looking forward to the grand opening

Have posted a few photos of the golf course progress - the views get more impressive each time we go. Also took a trip to Cartegena which I would definitely recommend. We found an easy place to park at the harbour (underground car park next to Burger King). It avoids the daunting city centre traffic

Out of interest, do you have to pay to park in this carpark. We are looking to go there when we go out next and thought I would find out rather than wait.

We have used the same car park when we visited Cartegena. It is conveniently located for the harbour/marina or the centre of the city. You just pay at the ticket machie as you exit. Prices quite reasonable.

recommend you take the open top 'red bus' tour which starts right across the road from that car park and burger king. It's inexpensive and a good way to learn a bit about Cartagena.

Yes, get a ticket and pay on exit. I think it worked out about €1 per hour which for a city is quite reasonable
