contribution penthouse

 We are in a Penthouse from 15 november 2008 an they took this week € 161.15 contribution from our account

We also in penthouse block 11, but no payments have been taken to date, we had handover on 1st December 2008.

We are also in block 11 - completed end Jan. No payments taken to date.

I spoke to RPM yesterday to check when our payment would be taken - we're in Block 10.  The response from RPM was that they couldn't take a payment from us as they didn't have our bank details.  Found this a bit surprising as I'm convinced I filled a form in with these when we completed.  Anyway, got RPM to send me another form which I can fax back to them so the payment can now be taken.

For all those with no payments taken yet, it might therefore be worth checking with RPM that they have your bank details.

I gave Alex all my details a couple of months ago and as of this moment no money has been taken from my account (penthouse block 10)

Got me today - E161.15 taken from account for the months Jan through to March. No sure if this is for two whole months or three. Cheap for the three and slightly more expensive than expected for two. Anybody got any idea?

I had a similar amount taken from my account.  I have now confirmed with RPM that they have made an error & my bank will be credited & a fresh direct debit will be taken for the correct amount - approx €240 for the first 3 months
