Very good. Well done Barcelona - fully deserved. Best team on the night by a long way.

Hard to be disappointed with only winning 4 out of 6 trophies this season and getting to the final and semi of the other 2. A good season for us overall.

Oh - and well done City on staying up - a real achievement.

You City fans have always had a sense of humour, thats why half of you dress up as empty blue seats on match days. As Kev says 4 trophies out of 6 comps will do me every year. We can also lose with good grace and I tip my hat to Barca, who were much the better team. We started well then fell apart in the last 89 minutes.

The bus is not back in the garage yet, they are still welding the roof back on.

Well Jeb, If reaching the Champions League final 2 years in a row, winning one and losing one is useless what does that say for Everton's record - they did exactly what in Europe this season?? ..... and of course an FA cup win would put them where, ah yes the wonders of the Europa League - for which they have already qualified by finishing 4 places behind United in the League. 

Barca were superb last night, and happy to accept any comments from true Barca fans as opposed to the sad supporters of lesser English clubs.

Jeb is really having some fun with this, he prefers to ignore the 6 trophies we have won in the past two seasons and mocks the ones we narrowly missed out on. I think he is still miffed that the last time they won anything they did not get any credit as the papers were full of headlines about King Harold being shot through the eye with an arrow!

I wanted Everton to win tomorrow but thanks to Jebs efforts I am beginning to waver.

Hey Dakey, even Jebs petty jealousy can't make me waiver from wanting Everton to win tomorrow - must be something to do with the British always wanting the "little guy" to do well - It is always nice when the cup throws up a shock and one of the minnows gets to the final, we've had Southampton, Millwall and Cardiff in recent years, and now Everton joins the list - would be great for a team of that type to win.
