Hi all, have just returned from a lovely two week break on Veranda had a lovely time, weather was beautiful, met some new friends hadn`t seen before.The complex is looking lovely the grass is coming along nicely all the bushes and shrubs are growing too, the stairwells and communal areas are all nice and clean.There are a few things that we weren`t happy about, when people use the spa at night they are leaving the sauna and all the lights on, also they aren`t locking the door, this was why everybody was given a key! There are people taking glasses and bottles into the sauna also down to the pool, food is being taken down to the pool, which isn`t a problem but please try not to drop food on the grass as when people go down with their towels they end up having food stains all over them!There were also a few complaints about people using the pool at four in the morning and being very noisy and waking people up on several occasions, whether we are using our apartments ourselves or by people renting we have to consider others, the people who were disturbed were on the ground floor and had two very small babies with them and could have done without being disturbed in the early hours.There are also children climbing over the fence surrounding the pool instead of using the gates provided. The complex is looking good and i`m sure that i can speak for all the owners and hope that we can keep it that way.Informed fincadelia of these items and if anybody else noticed anything please let them know , as myself I would like to see Veranda stay a happy , safe and clean place to go
