I know there was thread on site somewere asking for breakdown on completion costs. we have just now received breakdown from our solicitors, of costs as follows,Mortgage protection 900e, stamp duty 1.760e, Notarys fees 1,000e, Land registry 600e, solicitors fees 2,000e total, don't know any of the other fees yet, ie electric, water, phone, community, hope this helps, we are completing on the 21st August, anyone else in block 6, going out on the 16th Sept for 3 days, to tie up lose ends, and find keyholder, see you there I hope.
