Hi All,

News of the settlement agreement will be in the December SARC report coming out shortly.

I have noticed that a couple of puchasers have said that they would prefer HdT to be liquidated rather than accept an agreement, even though they have no BG. I am perplexed that any one would give their hard earned money to some one & then just let the company be wound up and loose it. Who can be giving them such financially self destructive advice?

I stand by what i said, i would rather see SJ liquidated and out of business for good so that they can never treat people like this again but that is just me standing up for what is right and not selfishly just thinking about ME

I would also much prefer for another builder to take over the build of El Pinet as it all feels so tarnished, the less SJ have to do with my house the better as far as i am concerned.

                  I understand your angst but this settlement offer is about HdT not SJ and if it fails then I will get nothing because there will be very little left after everyone above me is paid out while it will not affect you at all as you are dealing with SJ and El Pinet so although i understand your problems it has nothing to with HdTand SAADM at Jumllia so if they go into liquidation it will have absolutely no effect on your situation and absloutely everything to mine.

I would still like to see San Jose and their other companies liquidated because they cannot be trusted to provide a professional customer service and i really don't want one other person to become their next victim.

As usual Brianmags you are misguided .The situation of each of the companies in the group could have  an indirect affect on  the others and on our situations .Not one for thinking out side the box Brian are you  .Never mind Almu is looking out for you !!!!!

I am sorry but I have resorted to a copy & paste but for a good reason. You posted:

Now let me point out that you have two operative words that are key to discerning the validity of your attack on BM. You use the word "could " , now that is not a definate word but a vagness about a possabilty. You then use "indirect"  so there is no direct affect or implication on others or your situation.

So after looking at your sentence carefully you claim that there is a possabilty that something might happen that has no definite or direct impact upon you. However, if HdT was liquidated BM is quite right in stating that it does have a profound and direct effect upon him and other SADM purchasers without BGs.

So in short I agree with BM

Hi Tony I see you have a little friend writing you posts for you .A vast improvement in spelling grammar and general command and understanding  of the English language .

 May I just remind you that as far as SADM is  concerned  HdT have 80% SJ 11% and the rest held by small share holders FACT  .As Dave pointed out  SJ tried to get HdT only to go into admin but the judge called SJ in as well . Why because it is clear to see that funds were passed between both companies regularly .Eventually the courts will see this and act accordingly . Not that it is of any real importance any way as neither company has an acceptable plan or finance to enable them to continue .
