This is just my opinion but i think some of us have to remember who is really to blame for the mess we find ourselves in.
First and foremost i blame my lawyer, secondly i blame the developer SJ and i also have to take some responsibility for not being diligent enough myself.
For a very long time now i have no interest what so ever in anything SJ have to say as they have proved that they cannot be trusted but we all have to do what we think is best and obviously Tony and Brian think that they are doing what is best for them and others so therefore i wish them well, it does not mean i have to go along with what they are doing, no one is forcing me to read their reports etc. As i said, i believe that they have good intentions and are just trying to find a way out for themselves, clutching at straws, whatever, without a bank guarantee people are desperate.
I am fortunate that i have a bank guarantee which hopefully some day will pay out although i keep an open mind about that one!
Just remember we are all in this mess together, we are all dealing with it in different ways but we all want the same outcome wether it be a house or money back, we may never get either but we all need to accept what has happened and be thankful for the good things in our lives. I am thankful that i don't have to eat rats for my dinner like the people in Burma or walk miles to collect dirty water which is so precious, i am thankful that i can go to my church and not be put in prison and tortured like in Vietnam for instance, we only think we have problems, we need to try living in the real world.
