Yes there is a development going up in front of the cemetry but i think it will be set back from the road it is called costa formentera 111 the builder is grupo domingo there office is in formentera , but i thought this was common knowledge ,have you not seen  the electric boxes on the side of the road,?  they have been there from day one.

I have phoned the Palacious mar office (5/2/07)and been told the same as Mike, that this area is to be a green area. I was also told this when i visited the office on 27 January.

Like i say the delelopment i think is set back towards the cemetry so there will still be a green area to the front of the your blocks

They have put a fence around the the area but they have not marked out yet,  only time will tell, must be better than looking at a cemetry! come on.

It would be better for us if it was set back and covering the cemetry but who would want to buy an apartment that looks directly over it? Surely not a good selling point??

The way it is going if this new block goes up it will probably be finished before ours!

Yes it could be, or it could be the white area in front of it ,  follow the c/ region de murcia it runs into the white area,   the purple area might be the cemetery?  i have spelt it right this time.

Yes i think it will,  and like palacios mar there finished product is very good i have looked around a couple of there developments in the area.

Have you been over the river where the golf course is going, there is a small pine forrest and a nice picnic area i was suprised, it is a shortcut to benijofar, on foot it takes about 15 mins to benijofar.

I am not entirely sure where golf course is going i was just told it will be close to our apartments. It sounds as if Formentera is an up and coming place it will be interesting to see what else will develop in the next couple of years. I think we have all made a smart investment.

I was told this was where the golf course is going  by a local reputable estate agent

you can see the distance between the apartments and the area on the photos 1&2

To walk to the area you go though the village and across the steel bridge it takes about 8 mins

Hello All whove bought in block 4, we have too and are going to the notary to complete on Tuesday 6th March. Are any of you going then?  Or have any of you moved in.

I'm travelling over on the 4th March to complete on our apartment in block 4 we're on the ground floor Baja B and I went over to view before i agreed to complete.  I'm also looking for other completing around about this time can you drop me a line and let me know.

Another couple that we met are staying on the site renting one of the apartments and they see whats going on,so hopefully soon enough we will get to meet all of our neighbours. Are you going to live their or is it just a holiday home for you both?
