I do get the point but maybe I didn't explain properly it was late when I made the post.
Maybe the president of R2 Playa Golf ( I know the area well) should read his rules tis nowt to do with SJ unless they are paid up members because if you are a debtor you cant vote and that is on the majority of Urbs, thePresident has more power than most think , he needs advice and he clearly isn't getting it from Grupo Mediterraneo on how he can get rid of the administrator
However he is quite right to ask his owners before he does this and to call an EGM (i do exactly the same on our Urb) but,technically if they aren't doing the job they are paid for, it is the President who can according to Horizontal Property Law appoint another for the good and benefit of all owners .
It is preferable to ask all owners to an EGM if only to let them all know the problems, you only have to give 7 days notice so many will not attend, but the administrator under the Presidents' direction should be balloting all owners on the issue I would think if they dont do this then clearly they are not assisting the President
