Has anyone actually talked to Huma recently for an explanation?

I asked last month if anyone has had any verbal contact with Huma - and no one seemed to reply on the forum.

Is Carmen still on site or at HQ? Is Claudia taking any calls?

It seems all our options are disintegrating by the day, month, year, decade.

There is a lot of opinion out there - but what is the latest info given (be it a load of lies) - but would be nice to know if anyone has communicated with them.

Are they actually talking to anyone?

I have not talked to them  Don't think I could have a reasonable converstion with them and keep my cool at the moment.  Think you would be good at contacting them. 

The problem is I think  most people on this forum would not be able to have a civil conversation with HUMA .

I think people are reluctant to talk to Huma, as the replies are what we want to hear and have been a pack of lies from the outset, not whats actually happing. Its more a case of Huma dont want to talk to us. They, nor my initial solicitor have responded to my requests to cancel the contract, and return our money.

Until we have concrete evidence one way or another I'm reluctant to throw any more money at the problem - but who knows?

Spoke to Carmen on Monday,concerning waiting for photos of the contractors equipment  which should have been on site with workers on the previous Friday,Carmen confirmed there was a meeting on the Wednesday with all the workers ,she said ,there are workers on site repairing security fences after the christmas holiday and advertising hoarding are being erected,Carmen also assured us that she will forward photos shortly,at present its not worth sending photos of a few workmen,but she seemed more optamistic that somethig will happen this time!!!!

Previous mailing mentioned drainage,again confirmed pipe work for drainage was installed,if anyones going over ,please flush the showhouse loo.

Lets all hope for the best ,and quickly this time

I think im losing the plot with this whole fiasco!

This Whole Process is a shambles I originally ordered our property in 2005 at ACC, since then ive probably only had about 3 emails from HUMA.

Ive invested over 75k Euros and had no alternative but to switch to OCC and im sure I am going to end up in the same boat!!!

I originally brought Through Homelife Properties based in Murcia (What a Joke) Very poor service once the deal was signed they did not want to know and support was limited an di was doing all the chasing...

WHY OH WHY Did i ever consider buying in Spain especially off plan....One of the worst decisions ive ever made in my life!!!!

We're in the same boat as you chaman, but I'm pleased we never transferred to MCC. While I know it unlikely we'll get our money back, at least we've not paid top whack for a property thats probably only worth 50% of whats been paid, only to end up with a house with limited or no electric and water supplies, an unfinished community. The chances of re-selling these properties are remote if not impossible and will probably end up a shanty town.

Why is there no communication from Huma??

I must say I feel really sorry for everyone caught up in this sorry mess beit MCC, ACC or OCC. The tactics used by Huma to keep people interested are really underhand, is it time to call in the professionals and teach these B******ds a lesson!!

Couldn't agree more send for Doyle and Bodie - they would sort them out!  Mind you they maybe a bit to old now that was a 1970's TV programme.
