Hi
We have some people staying in our apartment and the Toilet has blocked!
We have tried PW but If anyone knows of a plumber or some help in this matter can you help?

Hi,
I can not believe what the PW workers have done! They have tipped the human waste left in the toilet out on the public walkway grass! and left it!
My guests have had to clear up this and try to wash it all away!
This is not only a health and safety issue but also a environmental one. Kids were playing right by them?!
Obviously we have complained to PW but I thought I should mention this as what a disgrace!
Sorry to be graphic, but I just can not believe what they have done!

I think a formal complaint through your garden president to Mileniun-Levante is appropriate here.
I'm certainly not impressed and it doesn't exactly convey a 5 star resort!
Not nice for your guests and I'm sure unless they are extremely good friends or family will avoid Condado like the plague for future holidays

I agree, this sort of behaviour is really not on and very disappointing.
As a minimum you should escalate to your president and request a written complaint.
I think Polaris would be shocked if they found out that this is how their workmen perform while onsite.

Currently La Isla is not a part of the community, so has neither a president nor the representation of an administartor. But having read this I thought compelled to respond. I have forwarded your post with the following header to the Polaris World president and customer services.

I have just had the following complaint from an owner on La Isla, apartment 100A.
Their toilet was blocked, which they reported to customer services. Today during the repairs of the system it appears the workers unbelievably emptied the contents of the toilet onto a public grass area! Obviously this is completely unacceptable, in my opinion the workers should be sacked immediately and the owners, who had to clear up behind them should be offered an apology.
