Hi
Just wondering what everybody else thinks in relation to paying for your apartment if the block beside you is not going to be done for a couple of months. I don't mind about the development across the road because there is nothing we can do about that, but I am not mad on the idea of paying for my apartment for arguments sake, lets say in 6 weeks time, if the block beside me which is obviously part of mar y sol is not going to be ready for a couple of months. In a nutshell, should we not wait until mar y sol is complete rather than your specific block. Would be interested to hear what others peoples opinions are in relation to this

HI Joe
I think it is a matter of how keen you are to get your hands on the keys, and if you have sold up at home and you need to get in to your new home in spain , me myself if i had a choice i would wait another 12 months or so , but i dont think the builder will wait that long for his 80% ,?

Hi John/Linda &Joe
When i was over there at Christmas my apartment was still a shell no floor no plastering done nothing, it was being used as a loading bay and there was a 2 foot sq hole in the living room ceiling that ran from the roof to the ground floor which i think was a S!!T Shoot , i think joes apartment was in the same condition being below mine, The rest of the apartments in the block were further on but the front doors were locked . The lift had not been installed and corridors and stairs needed finishing, going off this and the rest of the outstanding works in the other blocks i still think block 4 is 4 months off completion.
