IB. COMERCIALIZACION DE LTIMO RECURSO,

Hi Everyone

I was wondering if anyone could throw some light on the above? 

I've noticed on my Halifax Banco statement that a mysterious  43.01 euros  has been taken out under the heading of:

IB. COMERCIALIZACION DE LTIMO RECURSO,

I've have googled for translation and it comes back with :  IB. MARKETING OF LAST RESORT,  ???

I've had my "Council Tax" already taken out from Alhama de Murcia for this year?   So before I contact the bank for info I was wondering if anyone knew what it was all about?

That's the same description as my Iberdrola bill for the standing charge for the last two months so assume it's the leccy bill.

It always used to come up as Iberdrola.
