hi all i hope you are all well. i have got a two bed apartmunt in jardines i have just gone on line with my bank  there are three things on there that i trying to work out it says RECIBO  AYTO  ALHAM 65    that cost   89euro"s    and i think the two others  are  managent feesit says RECIBO  JARDINES D  65    but one was taken out on the 04.06.10 that was 243  and then 205 on the 07.07.10

The reason your community fees have been taken in June and July is because the administrators have moved from collecting in arrears to collecting in advance so the June payment was for April/May and June whilst the July payment is for July/Aug/Sep.  Hope this helps.

Your first one is council tax, we paid same amount this year and we have 2 bed in Jardines
