Hi All, Can any of you tell me what the community charges are either monthly or quarterly on a 2 and 3 bedroom apartment in Jardines? Many thanks.

Hi,

Do you mean J8, as there's not an 18?

Anyway the average for these gardens are

J3  2 bed = €63,  3 bed = €76

J8  2 bed = €69,  3 bed = €83

The full list is in the minutes of the AGM on the community website.
