Hi, Just wondering if there is any one out there that lives in Kent. I live in Chatham, and I purchased a 2 bedroom 'Tilo' apartment in Dec. 2005 on phase 2. I thought it would be nice to chat to someone local and to see if their views with regard to how things are going at the development are similar to mine. Hi Steve, we're not that far away, Surrey. We purchased a 2 bed Tilo on Phase 1 in May 05. Are you planning on keeping your apartment on completion? This message was last edited by Anita on 2/18/2007.

Hello,
I live just down the road in West Malling, I bought a ground floor 2 bed Laurel June 2005 on phase 1, I was thinking about selling I even advertised until I read about the PGA involvement which has changed my outlook on things and I have decided to keep it. If that is the right decision only time will tell.
Good to here from you and good luck
Kev

Hi, we live in Hawkhurst in Kent and are buying a phase II villa to become our permanent home eventually. Although our solicitor is still in the process of resolving bank guarantee issues we're very excited about the whole development especially the standard of the golf course and the PGA involvement. The sister development at Roda is looking very good and it's worth bearing in mind that Corvera is going to be half the build density of Roda.

Hi all, thanks for your responses, in keeping with the general theme I too was tempted to sell but have now changed my mind due to the PGAs involvement. I hope that now they are on board it will persuade De Vere to take up their option to manage the hotel and facilities at Corvera. I must admit to feeling a bit disappointed on hearing that they might not be at Corvera but feel sure that the place will be a resounding success whoever is the managing company. I hope that at sometime in the future, we'll all be sitting over there sangria in hand toasting the good life that I'm sure will be had at Corvera!
Regards
Steve

Please have a look at my entry in the golf course article. De Vere have moved their Belfry manager, Mick Maloney over to Murcia to oversee the build at Roda and Corvera. Why would De Vere move their PGA Academy from the Belfry to Corvera if they are not committed to the hotel and development in general??
