To All
I received this from HdT today. It was written in Spanish but it has now be translated. Has anyone else had it?
Dear Sir / Madam:
First, I would like to thank you for your cooperation if you have already completed the questionnaire that we sent recently to gather information about their current situation regarding the purchase of your home. I would like to stress that the information provided has no contractual value, but that only gives us guidance on what may be your preferences today.
If so far has not had the opportunity to submit your questionnaire, there is still time to do it because for us it is very important to know your current perspective.
During the next few weeks will process all data received and once identified the options that may be of consideration, we will contact you to provide the information regarding them.
Moreover, I take this opportunity to inform you about the situation that is currently Herrada of Tollo (HDT).
Last January, the Residential Santa Ana del Monte - Jumilla Golf "suffered another setback due to a series of disagreements with one of the owners of land included in the Partial Plan project, which has final administrative approval. This owner, known popularly as "Pastor", launched a dispute against the company four years ago, resulting in the failure for us on several occasions and judiciary. Finally, we filed an appeal ultimately relying on a matter in relation to water supply for the project. The result of this appeal, was ordered as a precautionary measure the suspension of the proceedings of the project to the detriment of society and all its customers. The company immediately became available to the court all documents and reports to certify the availability and licensing of water resources for the development of the first Unit of Action project in which your home is located. (You can find a copy of the authorization granted by the Hydrographic Confederation of Segura and the planes of the first phase of the project on our website. You can also find this information anywhere SARC group of buyers whose link is in our website). In addition, Hon. Jumilla City Council, as a party involved in the judicial process, sustains and supports our argument, confirming that these arrangements have been made under the law.
Unfortunately as the judicial process had already begun, we have to wait until the judge formally confirming this point, which could take several months due to overloading of all kinds of issues currently pending in the courts.
Meanwhile, the company has continued negotiations for funding and are confident that this could be formalized shortly, while we conclude with the red tape that have been affected by the above referenced matter. All this provided with maximum effort and technical means in order to shorten the average processing time and the project can begin as soon as the Court has not resolved favorably.
Finally, I take this opportunity to inform you that "San José Inversiones y Proj. Urb, SA "at the end of the bankruptcy process, having received the Order of Court confirming the approval of the Convention submitted by the company with 70.53% of accessions of creditors in favor of it. Thus we believe that in the coming days the company will officially come out bankruptcy.
We will report on the status and track procedures being carried out in future communications.
Sincerely,
Almudena Rodríguez
Sales Director
