Club Hotel Card problem

We have recently renewed our Discount Club Hotel after the very nice lady that phoned assured us that the card would still be able to be used at the restauant and supermarket on Condado and all the Mar Menor facilities including a free night at the Inter Continental with discount on golf and a discount off a 3 night stay at the intetcontinental hotel.  We have stayed at Mar menor and thought that just the free night was worth renewing the card.  When the card came (minus the Polaris discount card) we didnt have a voucher for the free night! as we are not golfers we thought that €140 was not worth the few vouchers included.  I feel we have been stitched up and have tried emailing but no response and have phoned but just get a spanish ansafone message??  Can anyone help with another number.

There currenly is no restaurant on Condado, so you cant use it there.

There are whispers that it may re-open, but it will be nothing to do with Polaris, so I would also check they will still honour the card?

My wife and I stayed at Mar Menor Hilton Continental last weekend using the free night voucher and the night for 70 Euros. When we renewed in December we recieved the following:

1 X Free night, 1 x Night for 70 Euros, 3 x Nights at 50% discount, 1 x Night at Torre Pacheco Spa Hotel for 50 Euros and 2 x 50% discount off Green Fees at the Polaris Corses (La Torre, Hacienda and El Valle).

I don't see why you would not get the same. We used the card in the hotel and PW restaurants and Bars last weekend with no problems at all.
