I would suggest that the only people who have seen this are those that have been involved in a war with Government propganda in full flow.

 The empire strikes back, PT's gang is in full swing to go against somebody who seems to have published just some information for owners. Where is your problem, Chabbyowl, that owners are informed about their rights? Ah, I understand, that's the problem! You prefer to keep on with your unfunded rumors, cant you accept that the majority is not of your opinion? Just for the record, the conflict started with LT's unpresentable letter accusing the actual administrator of all kind of wrong doings without any proof, published on a public forum. Is this as well information that you prefer the owners not to know?

I remember pretty well what was going on, the consequence was that PT was sacked and we have now a working team which takes care of the resort without personal fights and cultural disrespect. Ah, by the way, forgot our Fighter2, he still tries to bring the resort to the level of Mazarron Country Club, who wants that except him? Or is he the one who sells the gang that self administration is the way to go? If so then I will sell my apartment on CDA, I honestly dont want a resort without security, without community and without services, sure he does not help people getting their electricity connection reinstated of check the water meter, people will decide at the AGM and that's it. By the way, the threat on CDA Services just encourages to vote, maybe they should have campaigned for the gang as the staff from the Condado Club & Clover  do, will be a funny bunch of presidents recruted at the bar....

the threat on condado services encourages people to vote for ML under threat of seperation  not just to vote . or do you think they are impartial ?

A significant number of owners prefer the CDA services site because it steers clear of vitriol and personal attacks. Also, it is somewhere where we can discuss issues without airing them to all and sundry.

This and numerous other threads tend to show why but,sadly, it never seems to penetrate with some folk.......,

 The danger of seperation is real and existing, this would be the worst thing that could happen, especially as they think of self administration, what do you think? Better get good presidents in power to avoid this year's experience in the future.

All this has been posted on the FB page ( http://www.facebook.com/groups/16615299557/ ) and the only one talking of seperation is Jill White.   Also apart you you ( and Jill ) noone else has talked about self administration.  Perhaps you're the same person?

So, you admit that everything, on CdA, wasn't all 'sweetness and light' under ML's stewardship

 Sorry Phil, I refer to Fighter2/Barry who tries to motivate us to self administration. This will lead to kind of seperation, opinion which  I share with many people.

I believe it was me who first suggested 'self administration' not fighter2/Barry.  I'm sure that you'll find that Barry warned against 'self administration' for CdA if you check through his posts.

Yep i read that load of tripe i thought it was down to the presidents who chose the administrator. They run all the site or not at all.

FrankNfurter you are a fool, well actually you are a stooge in reality I guess but I have not and do not recommend self administration for CDA....BUT you must wrest control from the Administrator who only wants control.

Many say to me why do I bother, I am not an owner, I have no self interest whatsoever in CDA, I have no desire ( or time) to provide any paid services to CDA, I have no affiliation with or knowledge whatsoever of the Administrator or current or past Presidents, I know or have had contact with but one individual at CDA and only because I recently bought my wifes car from him....

Well I bother because my experiences of the last 3 years have enlightened me to the way SOME administrators work and the symptoms you at CDA are experiencing  (Darren they have been spelled out in detail and many times on this forum) and how they fit the profile exactly.

For those that cannot read, or cannot hear do not agree that's fine with me..I offer advice based on experience, the advice is free, I don't seek business or favour, I don't like to see owners being raped or at best duped... if you don't agree tell me objectively why,  don't insult me personally , put words into my mouth or decry where I live because we live in a place we like.

We have no financial worries, we are moving forward knowing our precise financial situation and have total control of our urbanisation and the future of the same.

Sure, you are not an owner on site and keep on spilling your negative and biased opinion on us, why? I cant believe your motivation that you only want the best for CDA owners, as you say you have enough work to do so why dont you just do your job and keep smiling?  I dont want CDA going down the drain as MCC, your comunity is NOT an example to follow.
