We will be needing keyholding services Richard, also when completion time is near we will need assistance with such things as arranging for wrought iron grilles to be fitted to the upstairs windows and the setting up and fitting of white goods and light fittings.  We will discuss these things when we come through in December.

We have just returned from San Juan de los Terreros, staying in one of Richard & Ava's villa's for a few days,while we checked progress at Calas del Pinar.

We would certainly recommend their services & hospitality,when you visit the area.

They know the area well, are extremely friendly & knowledgeable on all aspects of  property management in Spain.

I hope they can "manage" the rush in 2008 !!!!

Progress at CDP in the last year is amazing,but I'll expand on that in another thread later,when I have a moment.
