Advice on Spanish Lawyers ( disputes involving Developers)

We have purchased in Phase 3 and haven't been back for almost a year.

Looking at some of the photos of the inside of the apartments is a bit scary!!  Are the rooms really that small or is it trick photography - and can more than 1 person fit in the kitchen??

We have also bought a 2 bed apt. on phase 3. We stayed in a the same on phase 1 last month, and the size was what we expected, the build quality was also good in our opinion. The only room which seemed a little small to us was the second bedroom. I would say 4 people staying in a 2 bed apt. is comfortable (inc. the kitchen) If you plan to put a sofa-bed in the lounge and accomodating six people we think it would be a squeeze for long periods.

Maybe we are going to be neighbours? We are out there again in Aug (maybe before) hopefully phase 3 will have progressed a little by then.

Thanks for replying, we are renting in phase 1 for a week from next Saturday. hope to do some measuring up and having a couple of meals in El Patio.

Not sure whether to buy a furniture package, buy locally or ship out from the UK.

Does anyone have any advise??

Re size of apartment - I was actually pleasantly suprised when we put the furniture in - the 2 bed is quite spacious but I would agree - putting a sofa bed in the sitting room to enable 6 people to stay would mean that the apartment would seem quite cramped!
