Hi thanks for that, I fancy the 1 first floor, more for the fact of nobody above me, but the wife liked the ground floor. Lovely apts well built and very nice resort, I have had  a couple of properties in Murcia over the last 10 years and I think I've visted all the golf resorts, and HDA is up there with the best.Well done with your purchase .

Hoping sale closes within the next 2 weeks. Heading out there October 21st and really looking forward to it. Maybe we'll be neighbours!!!!

We are excited as well. We won't be over until November. Looking for to meeting  anyone else who is buying one of these apartments, as we really feel they are a great value and in a lovely development.  Feel free to message me any time!

Hi all! Just came back from a week in our gorgeous apartment. You are all going to love it. We felt so at home all week :-) everything in the apartment worked absolutely fine, white goods, air con etc. Plunge pool timer had gone on our pool but we just switched the jets off manually. The plunge pools are actually heated but our thermostat was broken, next door had theirs fixed for €160 plus taxes and got their pool up to 30 degrees. You will all love it!

Hi there we came back from an inspection visit on Saturday loved the apartments and put  a reservation fee down on a 2 bedroom ground floor apartment.  I loved it but my husband is worried about the hotel not opening and things not moving forward does anybody else have the same concerns?

We saw businessmen looking round the hotel whilst we were there so things are looking up we feel. In all honesty, we absolutely loved the quiteness and peacefulness of the complex so I say enjoy it whilst it lasts! I know the apartments are flying out at the moment so things are definitely picking up.

I also like these apts, what want to know could I get a loan on the from a bank, I've got over a £100k in the bank in the U.K. But with the £££ being so low to the Euro I don't want to buy it cash, I am 55 years old but me and my wife don't work,we live off our saving and have a couple of properties we rent out, So dose anybody think I would get a loan of 70k euro.

We are so excited about our apartment as well and can't wait to spend some time there. Melanie, I did not know that the plunge pools are actually heated! 

 I am not too worried about the hotel progress, activity seems to be picking up all over, so it's just a matter of time.

We are due to get our keys shortly and I was wondering has anybody set up TV or got WIFI in yet and if so any advice on the best ones out there?

We haven't set up wifi yet however with regards to the TV - you need just a normal aerial cable and you can get all UK channels :-)

Not yet Shon. Solicitor is hopefull we will have them next week ( Fingers crossed ) as we are going out on the 21st for 10 days so hoping to have them when we get out there so we can get it cleaned and start the furniture shopping. We will stay with friends till it's sorted. The Solicitor is sorting out the Utilities so I'm hoping that won't take too long.

we bought an apartment at Oasis in the summer. We stayed in August and are back out next week. We absolutely love the whole resort. 

I have just read that the plunge pools are heated. Is this correct? Ours was not working in August, so never got the chance to try it out!

I'm more than happy to answer any questions about buying, resort, set up, etc. 

Does anyone know if Isabella's the tapas bar still open? We lived it there in the summer!
