ACC a no go area

I certainly won't be borrowing sunbeds form any other PM, I wrote this on the forum to let other residents know what kind of a company Ammex are! For them to even have suggested that in the first place is in my eyes disgraceful. We will definitely be at the meeting on 15th June to help ensure that the residents can take control and get rid of Ammex once and for all. I am still very concerned however that they have not got all the owners registered on their system and there has been no mention from them about proxy voting.

They have sent me two emails for our two places today and when you go on website the agenda is there with details of proxy voting. It looks like the owner has to sign the form so people need to get their act together pretty quick. I've had one request from an owner I met on a recent visit to act as proxy for him which I am happy to do. I am coming out especially for the AGM. Having seen your earlier post about the sun beds I have emailed Ammex asking if there will be sunbeds near block 13 for this weekend, as they had previoulsy advised me they would be there were just waiting for delivery. The agenda is pretty standard agenda for an AGM so I guess other issues come up under AOB.

Is anyone going to PM1 AGM? I am there on 1st so could go as an observer but so long as PM2 get some feedback I had really wanted a week's holiday without the hassles of previous trips.

We are in PM1 and are unable to make the meeting, but agree with much of the sentiment expressed here.  Erica, if we sort it out,  I would be very happy for you to vote on our behalf.  Is that ok with you?  Perhaps you would let me know and I'll set about organising a proxy vote. 

We are in PM1 and will be attending the AGM we arrive early on 31st and would like to meet up with as many owners as possible to discuss any issues some owners have .

I have also requested some details from Ammex and have asked for some information to added to the Agenda as I feel we have not yet received all the facts for the forthcoming budget.

We are in block 2 and welcome anyone who is there to drop in for a glass of sangria
