Hi, my family are also Arsenal fans - brought up in Shoreditch and went to school near Bruce Grove, Tottenham, so should really follow Spurs!

As some of you will know Ive defected to Duquesa Village, having pulled out of my deal at Arenal, but hope if you ever hold that North London derby on the beach I shall be invited!!!

Just back from holiday and nothing new on completion - what a surprise.

Alan - glad youare keeping going, and with the footie season soon upon us I can see what Spurs you on (sorry!).

I think we should all be United (there is only one, and I'm from Manchester as well!!). The banter has cheared me up, though looking at the posts I don't think a North v South game is feasible yet and certainly not a Phase 1 v Phase 4. Maybe we should all support the local team in Manilva - that way we may get to see a game on a Saturday afternoon rather than Monday night, Sunday lunchtime etc.

Looking forward to some good clean banter over the coming months!!
