Hola cancelar ahora por lo menos a mi, me parece un error, estamos al final del tunel y no perderias poco dinero, perderias 2 ó 3 años de una vivienda que en España es mucha revalorización, comenzar otra vez de nuevo es penoso a no ser  que encuentres algo por mucho menos dinero e igual calidad, somos muchos y despues de que nos den la licencia podremos estar unidos

For what it's worth my feeling is this. Yes I agree we have spent two/three years now waiting and I can understand the point of view that it would be silly to cancel at this stage. On the other hand the decision to pull out now would be based on the prospect of possibly more problems down the line and having the money safely back in your account to perhaps do something with here. If I pull out I don't think I would look to be investing in Spain again.

As I said before it is a tough one to call.

I do agree that ownership is just the start of all the fun, with repairs of our apartments after snagging and the public areas a concern, you do wonder if its worth all the hassle

CanCan, How wonderful, I too am a fully signed up member of the great Arsenal Football Club.  I  was born and brought up in Highbury.  The whole family are Arenal through and through.  What block are you in again Alan and Bobludgate?  I think cancellation could well be on the cards!
